ONT is a global innovation that automates and intelligently manages the closed vertical algae cultivation technology.

 By artificially capturing CO₂ and efficiently converting it into HCO₃⁻, we use advanced Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology to extract carbon dioxide (CO₂) from the air and convert it into bicarbonate (HCO₃⁻) through the chemical reaction of the Smart Water intelligent water purification system. The HCO₃⁻ is then injected into 20-foot-high vertical cultivation tubes to provide the carbon source required for the growth of microalgae. During photosynthesis, microalgae use HCO₃⁻ to convert into oxygen and organic matter, while producing highly nutritious by-products, fully achieving carbon capture and eliminating Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR) and recycling renewable energy.

During the cultivation process, we use a cloud-based unified management system to automatically control the concentration, temperature, time and pH ratio in the cultivation tube, and record all operational data in a decentralized and tamper-proof system to ensure transparency, accuracy and traceability at every step.

This automated one-stop operation system can efficiently control:

1. The division speed and quantity of a single microalgae

2. The concentration and time data of oxygen released

3. Accurately control and manage the quality of by-products

Saving resources and protecting the environment

Due to the upright closed cultivation, our technology compared to the traditional method:

1. 90% of the land space is saved: Even if it is cultivated in large quantities, there is no need to cut down large amounts of forest, reducing ecological damage.

2. The closed design prevents pollution: Microalgae will not be spread through the air to nearby lakes or other water bodies, thus avoiding ecological pollution to the surrounding environment.

In order to ensure the aseptic growth of a single species of microalgae, we complete the entire cultivation process in an enclosed environment. Its significant results include
